Current version 10017

In the keyword search on the home page at the top, with Default Search chosen, the number of results are very small for the word being put in. 

Example, the first name of a technician that has been using it for over 5 years got 19 results.

Is there an explanation for so few results?

Also the documentation on using the keyword search is very thin. I do not see anything talking about how to use wildcards, if double quotes or Boolean can be used.

Also what does the [/] mean in the search field before you type. Screenshot of it attached.
