With O365 Manager Plus, you can configure business hours and retrieve the audit logs for business and non-business hours in a single click.
Steps to configure business hours
Having configured the business hours, create an audit profile to view the required audit logs as per your need. For example, you might want to know about users' logon activity, mails sent, files accessed, etc., during non-business hours. Refer this document to know how to create an audit profile.

You can export the report to PDF, CSV, HTML, or CSV format using the Export As option found at the top right corner, or you can also email the report directly from O365 Manager Plus by choosing More --> Send Mail, from the top right corner of the page.
