Is there an easy way to push out patches that are needed to just the Highly Vulnerable computers only?

I push out patches every week to all my computers and still there are always Highly Vulnerable Computers left over. I can never get 90 to 100 percent of my computers Healthy.

Right now I still have 100 Highly Vulnerable computers out of the 500 that I push patches too.
