Job List
We're planning on using the helpdesk for general maintenance tasks and what I'm looking to do is generate a job list that I can print off and give to our maintenance team. Something that looks a bit like this:
Job: 1 Created on: (date)
Description: Replace the light bulbs here
Job:2 Created on: (date)
Description: Fix something else over there
From what I have seen so far the reports don't show request details. Is there any way to do what I am trying to achiev?
