Hello,

I am aware as of the last few updates, Servicedesk Plus has been able to "integrate" Jira. However we wanted to have deeper integration. Does anyone have experience with the several third party connectors that integrate Jira and SDP? 

They boast total integration with all the SDP modules, comments, tasks, etc.
