jdbc:jtds:sybase://:5000 ? Something is missing here.
E-AM: SYBASE : CConnection failed while trying to connect to SYBASE at dcsc1 using the URL jdbc:jtds:sybase://:5000/dc with user name : sa due to Network error IOException: Connection refused: connect
This is a Windows 2003 64 bit R2 instance of Sybase 12.5.4 32 bit and Manage Engine Applications Manager 10.4
It is missing the local ip that is in the Sybase interfaces file and which is also supplied to the monitor.
When adding the monitor it initially connects but will after show an uptime of two seconds.
It seems the jdbc string it originally tries has the ip but the stdout later reflects only these attempts.
