jboss monitor

We are using jboss 4.02. We set up a monitor for this and it works fine we all so set up a monitor for "J2EE Web Transactions" on the same server and this starts fine

The problem with the jboss monitor
For the EJB's it says "No EJBs are deployed in this server."
and even thow we can see the default jboss Web Applications we can not see ours

The problem with the "J2EE Web Transactions" is that it will not collect any data.

Now we do have one custom configuration for jboss, by default all the apps for jboss are deployed in to the "deploy" directory we have another directory called "deploy_core" at the same level of deploy where we deploy all of our war / ear files.

Would this be causing this problem, if so is there away around it.
