Hi, I am having a Java patch download failure, with the above error being logged in the "Action Log Viewer". There is a linked KB article that takes you here:
This article is about how you should have access to a list of common patch download sites set as accessible in whatever proxy you are using. However, when I go to the DC patch link:

It shows the full information regarding the patch. In this information is the download link URL, for the patch, from the original Oracle Web site:
When I go to this link, I am redirected to the Oracle Web site; however, is appears the problem with downloading the patch is not due to a proxy block but what appears to be a change in Oracle's download policy. This means that, instead of downloading the patch, you are presented with he following message:

I have searched this community, as well as searching in Google and can't find anything on this issue.
