ITIL - Costs TRIPLE SD+ Pro? Worth it?
I've been using SD+ Pro for a couple years now, and have been generally satisfied with the product. I'm very interested in the ITIL (Enterprise) version which adds the problem mgmt, change mgmt, incident mgmt and CMDB functions.
When I asked for a price quote, I couldn't believe that it was 3 times what I'm paying for Pro. That just seems insane to me.
Is anyone else out there using Enterprise edition and if so, do you feel you're paying a fair price for what it does? I'd really be interested in hearing from anyone who upgraded from Pro to Enterprise.
