item alert does not working

Until Applications Manager work like trial version it is ok, but when I registered the

license file, I'm getting this when trying to go into alerts:[Exception

in:/webclient/common/jsp/TabComponent.jsp] null
Applications Manager was installed on SLES 10 SP1, but if I installed Applications Manager

on ASP Linux 11.2 I don't have any problem.

adding the host and IP mapping in </etc/hosts> is not resolve this issue, because the file

/etc/hosts is the same when Applications Manager working correctly like trial version, and

when I'm getting this when trying to go into alerts:[Exception

in:/webclient/common/jsp/TabComponent.jsp] null on registered version of Applications

Manager which was trial.
