It takes very long to connect to EventLog Analyzer web console from a remote computer

If i haven't been using web console for a few days and then i try to login to it from a remote PC, then it shows the Login page (auto login is enabled) and then stays in Connecting.. stage for a few minutes or longer. If i try to login locally on the server, then it loads immediately (it usually starts a few script processes). I have noticed such stalls when i was just starting to setup everything and firewall was turned off. Now it is on, but if it would be the cause, then it won't work at all. And now it loads after some time. Somehow it doesn't start those script processes immediately when i try to login to console from a remote PC.
