IT HelpDesk - ServiceDesk Plus mobile application - login not working since update on July 13th

There is an issue on our Android devices ( Android 8 and 9 ), when we try to login into the app it says 'Login failed. Username and/or password provided is wrong' . But they are correct, the thing is that since the update on july 13th on lower Android versions the login is not working, so we don't know if we literally need to buy new mobile devices, since we only use them when our technicians are on call duty over weekend, or for some business trips during the week. I assumed that it's because of the android version, maybe it's not but on Android 10 for example, login with any of our technicians credentials it's working.
If it will help first device is Samsung Galaxy S7 ( SM-G930F) , others are Huawei P Smart FIG-LX1.

Does anybody have those issues, can someone help :)
