IT Consultant - right software?
I am an IT consultant and I have to admit that this software is the closest I've come to finding a suitable solution...without spending thousands!
However, is there a way to setup users for different companies that will have separate support contracts? In the user setup, it appears that the software is designed for a singe location.
Is there anyone that is using the software somewhat in this capacity?
Any thoughts or suggestions?
