Hi

I am using opmanger and have loaded everything I need but I cant get the Device Info/Installed Software feature to work. I have set up my SNMP agent but when I select the feature Installed Software nothing comes up and in the address bar I get this msg:

http://host:8060/devices/deviceinfo.do?devicename=devicename&requestid=SOFTWARE&Level=3,Server,SERVICE,,config,urlmonitor,FATopRule,FATopUrl,eventLog,sdNotConfigured

Any help would be grateful.
