Issues with Version 8

First off I can't say enough about how well the previous version have worked.

Today I upgrade to V 8 and upgraded the Myssql as the instructions state.

The upgrades both say they upgraded with no issues however when I try to go into the web the interface I get the following error Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted. Don't worry.. Run RepairDB.bat from bin directory and restart the server.

So I followed those instructions and did the repair (several times actually) and have stopped the services and even went and rebooted the server but I still get the same errors.

So I thought being as my configuration isn't that difficult I decided I would do a complete uninstall/reboot/rename old directory as there were a few files let in it.) and then a fresh install.
When I log into the brand new version I still get the same error as above.
Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?
I am running this on Server 2k3 fully patched.
