Issues with USB devices after installing Desktop Central 11.2.2309.1

After I installed Desktop Central 11.2.2309.1, I began having issues with USB storage devices.  Any time I plug in an external HD, it will find the device but I cannot eject the device and the computer will not see any new device I plug in.  If I open Disk Manager, it times out saying cannot connect to virtual device.  The virtual disk service gets stuck in a stopping state and will not allow me to force stop it.  If I try to restart, the computer says Restarting and just sits there.  I removed the computer from the SoM and uninstalled the agent and everything began working as it should.  As soon as I added the computer back to the SoM and reinstalled the agent, the problem returned.  This is happening on every PC and server we have in the network and started with the upgrade to 11.2.2309.1.  Anyone else having this issue or any ideas on how to resolve this?
