Hello,
The SSL certificate recently expired on my OpManager server and I am trying to update it to a newer certificate. The certificate is a wildcard cert from GoDaddy.
I converted the certificate to a PFX using the CRT, key file, and Godaddy bundle CRT with OpenSSL. I then went into OpManager > Settings > General Settings > Security Settings. Here I chose the SSL Configuration tab and clicked to edit the existing cert. I then chose Import Certificate, browsed to my new cert, entered the password for the PFX file and clicked fetch. OpManager responded with, “no key entries found in the file.”
I have tried several different methods to try and get OpManager to use my new certificate, but I keep getting the same message, “no key entries found in the file.”
- I have
tried to use the CRT file I got from GoDaddy with the key file I used to key
the certificate.
- I have
tried converting the CRT to a CER file and trying to use the CER file.
- I have tried
converting the PFX to a JKS file and trying to use the JKS file.
- I have
tried rebuilding the PFX file with the latest version of OpenSSL.
- I have
also tried to use a certificate issued by my root CA.
Any insight
you can provide with this issue would be appreciated.
The PFX file I imported last year didn't give me any issues so I don’t understand why I’m having so much trouble with the new one.
Thank
you!
