Issues with uesAgentService.exe taking up all computer memory

We're running DC 10.0.660 and are seeing random issues where the ManageEngine Unified Endpoint Security - Agent (uesAgentService.exe) starts eating up all the memory on systems causing them to slow to a crawl and become unresponsive. If we do nothing, this will usually last for a lest 2 hours or more.

These are at random times, and once a computer is affected once, it will repeat frequently.

If I kill the process and change the service to disabled, memory immediately returns to normal and the computer start responding normally again. But, what are the ramifications of this? Will computers still get patches and deployments? What, exactly, does this service manage so we can look at those settings on the server?

Has anyone else experience similar issues?
