I'm happy to see the "Copy rules" function in Field and Form, Rules has been improved.  For example, in 9221 if you wanted to copy a rule to another Incident template, as it was a drop down you could only select one template to copy it to. In 9335 you have the option to multi-select as many templates as you like:

However, there are still problems with this:

1)

It seems there is no option to overwrite an existing rule if it has the same name:

An example of how this would be useful : The rule I'm trying to copy to the other templates is a Dependency script. This is periodically updated. Currently in 9221, I have to manually copy and paste the script into the Field and Form rules of all of our templates (we have about 100). If it would simply allow us to overwrite in 9335 (or even prompt "are you sure you want to overwrite?") this would save so much time every time the script is amended

2) When I am in the Template list, as I have SDAdmin role I can see all templates.

When I go to copy the rule, this template is missing: 

I was trying to figure out why, and then I noticed for that particular template, it is only available to certain Support Groups

So it seems an Admin can see all templates in the List on the Templates page, but not on the Copy Rules menu,  Any reason for this?

3) Is there any reason inactive templates appear in the copy rules list? Would it not be better to remove them?  Or mark them grey like the main list?

Have any of these been addressed in later versions?
