We've noticed an influx of false positives for Symanetec Endpoint Protection (EPP) 12.1 on our servers recently. Basically, it just reads that EPP is down, along with a couple of EPP services. I log in to the server in question and EPP is in fact up, and the services are running.
We recently upgraded EPP to 12.1 and did not have this issue with version 11.
Has anyone else experienced this when trying to monitor Symantec EPP 12.1 services?
