I am using the french version (9.0 built 9011) and I have a problem with the Support group and Technicians not showing in the list under Users in the Admin tab.  The technicians will show in the dropdox list under Requests but it won't show anywhere else so I can't modify any of them. 

Please let me know if there is any fix for this issue.
