Issues with SDP Chat

Just did the upgrade to the current version, 9316 from 9302 in our test environment and have a few issues with some of the features that were recently added.

Chat:

Issue 1: Requester occasionally receives "Mandatory fields not found [message, type]". (See SDP_1 attachment) When this does occur it causes the requester's chat box to disappear as well. I can't consistently recreate the issue. Through testing this sometimes happen almost immediately and other times it will be well into the conversation. When this does occur, the technician can still send a reply to the requester, the requester will receive the message, but will still be unable to respond to the conversation until they refresh the page.











Issue 2: The groups the requester is able to send a request to is not accurate. We changed some of our Support Group names and it seems to still be showing these old names. Our current names are "IT Support - <GroupName>" where as it displays "Site - <GroupName>". I did a search in the field for the new groups and was unable to find them.




Issue 3: There does not appear to be a way to change the subject of the request or assign it to a specific Support Group when creating a new ticket via a chat.
