Issues with product After build 12217
Hello.
After build 12217 we have been facing some issues with the product.
1: Incidents evidences or notes generated before applying the update were gone, just the incident empty.
2: Failed Attempts to synchronize with Advanced Threat Analytics.
3: Repeated alerts of "Node Down" even though its working as intended.
