Issues with 5.0.11 (mostly regarding notifications)

I have the following issues with build 5011:
- The 5.0.11 hotfix update had outdated release notes - I thought I was downgrading. However once installed 5011 is correctly displayed in the About section.
- With notifications, the URL's are not clickable. They need to be copied/pasted into a browser. This is not good for customers.
- Email does not work for updating issues, in a number of ways. In the following scenario, all email notifications are enabled. Has nobody else reported this? Here are the various notification issues that make using email with SupportcentrePlus currently impossible:
1) Contact logs issue via email
- Contact gets notification 1. GOOD.
- Engineer gets notification 2. GOOD.
2) Engineer replies to notification 2.
- Contact gets no update. BAD.
- Engineer gets update notification 3. GOOD.
3) Contact replies to notification 1.
- Contact gets update notification 4. GOOD.
- Engineer gets no update. BAD.
4) Engineer replies to notification 3.
- Engineer gets update notification 5, with requestID+1 ! Request is not updated in software at all. BAD
- Contact gets no update. BAD.
5) Contact replies to notification 4.
- Contact gets update notification 6, with requestID+2 ! Request is not updated in software at all. BAD
- Engineer gets no update. BAD
Regarding all of the notification steps above, I have read http://forums.manageengine.com/forumHome.do?forumGroupId=49000000002007&forumTopicId=49000002683273 and also I had been advised the newest build 5011 would fix this, but it does not.
- Except for the first notification system message, no more system messages are logged with the request under conversations.
- requestID number's allocated seem to be random and not sequential. Is this expected behaviour?
Looking forward to your replies. This will be an excellent product once these bugs are fixed and it becomes useable.
