Issues to be fixed in Next HotFix

Here is the list of issues to be fixed in the next hotfix

    1) CustomView's with filters based on "None" as one of the values in criteria not displayed properly.
    2) Custom Views based on SubCategory or Item in the criteria list not shown properly.
    3) Following notification problems during change recommendation and approval will be fixed.
      a) Recommendation notifications received from multiple cab members contain the same message.
      b) Some of the $[Variables] are not replaced properly in change notifications.
      c) Values of Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date are interchanged while sending notifications.
      d) Notification mails sent will contain HTML mail headers (if there is new line character in the subject line).
    4) In Network Scan, even after specifying the SNMP community string as �private� scanning is done with �public� community string
    5) Permission to allow requester to see all department's requests is getting reset whenever AD Import is done.
    6) Issue in fetching the associated asset based on the requester id instead of the requester name in the new request form.
    7) In Purchase / Contract , vendor and owner notification with non-english text gets garbled.
    8 ) Alpha Sorting order for user / department assignment for assets.
    9) Editing a request inline in Standard edition throws a Null Pointer Exception.
    10) Expand conversation image missing in WorkOrder details when using Internet Explorer.
    11) Under NotificationRules, alert message when saving Request/Problem notification is not proper.
    12) Help text in Request closing rules - automated rules is not proper.
    13) Request Approval notification to technician sent twice when using IE.
    14) NullPointerException while approving a Request has been fixed.
    15) Clicking the component name from the breadcrumb available in the asset details page does not load the component list view page properly.
    16) Broken image in Asset Home Page and the Assets tab in Home Page.
    17) Navigation not displayed when viewing
      a) associated incidents list for a problem
      b) associated incidents list for a change
      c) associated problems list for a change.
    18 ) Date Chooser not available while editing a holiday.
