Issues scanning for Devices on Opmanager 7

I'm having issues scanning for devices, if I search for any more than 20 ip's I get a heap load of these errors in the event log and the next page to import the devices doesn't show up. After this I am not able to import any devices unless I do it by Add Device.

Its a clean install on Windows 2003 Advanced Server (As Opmanager on our old server's hard drive failed and our backup was corrupt :(

Anyone else seen this and know how to fix it (IT DOES WORK FOR A SMALL AMOUNT OF IP'S)
