Issues Deploying Software using HTTP Path (URL) Method

Normally I always deploy software using a network share with a .bat file but, we have recently moved our Desktop Central Server into the DMZ in order to patch machines outside our internal network. Now I need to rebuild all my packages so that I can push the software using the DCSWHttpRepository rather than my network shares. This has become very frustrating task and I just cannot figure out how to do this and I have tried it 100 different ways. I attached my Package and Config Setting to what I currently have it set at. Please let me know what to change in order to get this working. My DCSWHttpRepository is located on the F: Drive on each Desktop Central Distribution Server.
