Issue with two technicians connecting to the same remote connection

Previously, this feature worked great.  It appears after the last DesktopCentral patch (we are running build 10.0.56) was installed, we cannot connect to the same desktop at the same time.

When you click on "View Desktop" it asks for a confirmation to connect (since a user is already on the desktop).

When you click YES the button changes to "Loading" and never finishes the connection. Only refreshing the browser page clears that up and permits connection to a non-shared desktop.
