Issue with Query Execution

I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm encountering with executing a specific query.
I have been trying to run the query on our PostgreSQL database to retrieve information about tickets that are still pending approval, including those in the first, second, and third stages. Unfortunately, I'm not getting any results displayed.
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this matter? I would appreciate any insights or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.
