Issue with Preventative Maintenance Tasks
We are having an issue with preventative maintenance tasks. I would like to have the tasks assigned to the same technician each time. It seems to be dumping them into the general ticket queue and the auto assigning them.
Is there a way to have them assigned to the same person each time? I originally selected the technician I wanted them to go to when I setup the original task.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
