Issue with OpManager Syslog server

Hello,
 
I'm currently evaluating OpManager to determine if it is the right product for our company.  I have added devices for monitoring, however I discovered there is an issue with the syslog server.  It reads as follows in the OpManager console :  "SyslogServer Failed to start due to Address already in use: bind for the port 514. Click here to change the port."
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
