Issue with MSExchange Monitor

Issue with MSExchange Monitor

I am presently having an issue with MSExchange Monitor where it will not populate under Application Monitors or wherever it is to be populated in v7xxx. The steps below are what were taken.

1. On v6016 we migrated from MySQL to MSSQL -- issues resolved with support
2. Upgraded from v6016 to v7 and then applied hotfix 7025 -- lost all data in that update.
3. Decided to roll-back to v6016 and use MSSQL backup taken prior to version upgrades -- db corrupt and repairdb did not work
4. Decided best course of action was to do a fresh install -- we only monitor around 50 devices so reconfiguring everything wasn't that big of a deal.
5. Applied Proffesional License - no problem
6. Applied MSExchange Monitor License - reported successful but...

...when I went to view the server to make the configuration changes I noticed that the Application Monitor link was not available nor was a MSExchange Monitor. I entered in the correct snmp and creds and recycled the WMI service. I waited about 30 minutes and still no sign of the MSExchange Monitor. The license was originally purchased and made available under v6xxx.

I am new to v7xxx so I may have missed a step. Any ideas?
