Issue with line breaks / text shifting

Good morning all,

our version is v14.9 Build 14970 - free version

We’ve been experiencing an issue for some time now where the entered text "jumps up" automatically when replying to or creating a ticket.

An example:
If I try to reply to a ticket and want to write:

Hello,

we have...

The part "we have..." automatically jumps up and ends up right after "Hello," – resulting in:
Hello,we have...
(as shown in the attached screenshot)

This happens consistently and can only be avoided if we keep the left Shift key pressed the entire time – which of course isn’t a viable long-term solution.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
As far as we know, no templates or formatting settings have been changed.
