Issue with JMX attribute of type counter
We have a JMX dashboard with attributes of type counter from 2 different JBoss servers.
First, we cannot poll data manually or configure the polling frequency for the JMX dashboard. It seems to be somehow dependent of the polling of JBoss server.
Secondly, we have an issue with the counters of one of the servers that seem to be polled twice in a short interval, which results in a "saw tooth" graph.
The value of the "counter" monitors should not be dependent of the polling interval, but should be rather a calculated "increase per minute".
