Issue with Docker Swarm monitor not getting container information

Hello,

On my evaluation test environment i added a docker swarm monitor.

I configured all the pereqs. And the Swarm info like nodes and uptime is showing ok.

But no information on containers is showing up.

I found this in stdout log:

Seems like issue parsing time/date correctly?
