Issue with custom domain
So I setup Servicedesk ondemand to use our company domain for the web portal and setup the appropriate dns records. If I browse to the url, I get an error that the url in not found. If I add a period to the end of the url, then it works. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how to fix it. Thanks.
