Issue with "Create New Ticket" and Live Chat in v11.2.2300.11

Hello Support,

We have come across some issues with the latest version, v11.2.2300.11, specifically related to the "Create New Ticket" feature and the sudden absence of Live Chat. The "Create New Ticket" function is not working as expected, preventing the ticket creation workflow from initiating and causing disruptions in our customer support process. Furthermore, Live Chat has disappeared from the software interface, resulting in a lack of real-time customer assistance.

We wanted to bring these problems to your attention, as they may indicate potential bugs in the new release.
