Issue with All Devices report
Hi there, we're trialing the free version of OpManager 6, and have run into an issue with the reports. At the moment, we're using it to simply keep track of the uptime of devices, via ping responses.
We've had a device that has been down for more than 14 hours today, and if I go into the details of the device availability, it correctly shows that it has been down for that time. However, if I run an All Devices Availability report, it comes up saying that the device has had a max of 2 mins 14 sec downtime.
I've tried repairing the SQL database, but have had no luck with that - is there any solution for this issue, or has anyone else experienced it?
