Issue with Alert

We recently upgraded to Opmanager 7 from 6 and are experiencing an issue with an alert. In Opmanager 6 I set up an SNMP monitor to monitor disk space usage. The name of it was "Partition Details". I then set up an alert to notify us when a partition was 95% used. The alert would be sent out to us via email stating the server name, the partition, and the value. Now when we receive the alert all it states is that the disk is running low on space but no value for which partition.

How do I configure the alert to go back to the original format? Also would the change need to be made on all configured servers or can I set it up once and it will update on all servers?
