Issue with Account Expiry notification email to manager
Hi ADSSP Team,
I have soon-to-expire account notifications configured to notify end users 30, 7 & 1 day before their expiry. ADSSP is also configured to notify to send notification delivery status to the respective managers.
The issue with this is that ADSSP sends an email notification daily to all the managers every single day. And since their subordinate's accounts are above the expiry days, the managers get an empty excel sheet every day.
Is it a bug or an incorrect configuration? And what's the solution to this issue?
