I am from ServiceNow side, was wanted to seek some help, we are doing integration with ManageEngine and we are stuck with Request_Attachment part. The attachment should come from ServiceNow side.

We have received the payload from ManageEngine side in python format and in that we have to add attachment in notes. We are successfully able to add note but inside notes we aren't able to fetch attachment with Rest API via Business Rule. If you would help with the same or if someone have implemented the same case it will be helpful.
