I got an issue when I tried to clear an alarm on a device

Error message : webclient.fault.alarm.clear.status.failure

 

The diffrence I can see on this alarm is there is a long Event History behind regarding other alarms I clared for the same device.

 

Note : it is working for other devices.

 

Please, let me know what I can do to remove this on as I cannot also delete, I got : Problem in deleting alarm!
