We are trying to setup SCEP profile to deploy user certificate on Android Mobile Device.
We receive the following error:
Unable to reach the SCEP server. Make sure that the device can reach the SCEP server and the SCEP URL is in HTTPS format.

From the Endpoint Central Server the CA Server is correctly reachable. If we try to setup the Server Certificate in Endpoint Central using SCEP URL in HTTP, we receive the error that the CA server must be provided in HTTPS.
The CA Server is an Internal ADCS and the NDES Server is on the same server.
