Issue changing password from inside of ADSelfService Plus
When a user logs into the Self Service portal and they click on the "Change Password" link in the top right corner. They go through the process of inputting the proper information to change their current password. Every time they try no matter what they get the following error:
A constraint violation occurred - Error Code : 8007202f
If they go to the portal and just choose reset from the main page and input their answers to reset their password that process works as expected.
Why does the "Change Password" option from the top right corner of the main ADSelfService Plus page not work or throw the error above?
I am the admin of the system and have tested this process out myself and can not get this option to work either. I know I am meeting all of the criteria for the new password/old password and it is still not working correctly.
The domain criteria is as follows currently:
Domain Password Policy Requirements
The minimum password length is 6 characters.
The new password is valid only for 60 days.
The Minimum password age is 0 days.
Password History remembers last 5 password.
The password complexity property is disabled.
