We have recently disabled Telnet access to all out ERS5500 switches on our network and enabled SSH.
I have updated the credentials in DE to specify to use SSH for the backup.
We also use radius logon to the switches, so this means we require additional information under credentials, everything worked perfectly when were just using Telnet but now under SSH i have noticed a few issues, 1st being - Does not backup , 2nd does not allow you to save and test - Message displays that it cannot preform the operation now , try later. 3rd - when i try to add additional information - under the Enter username box it displays the ssh port :Port 22.
Can i raise a call please to get this fixed over remote session
