[SD-92864] ISREAD flag from false to true not show in History tab

[SD-92864] ISREAD flag from false to true not show in History tab

Hi,
When I assign request to other technician, SDP show me a flag as ISREAD that changed to FALSE. But when the other technician open the request, it doesn't show me change of flag in History tab. I think it's a bug. Please resolve it. What should I do?

SDP v11.1.35
