Is there anyway to filter out Chinese in tickets?
Long story short, we shared a ticketing system with our China company. This was a bad idea as over time as there has been more and more requirement to separate our tickets from there's. We've copied an instance of ManageEngine and run it on our server now but we still have all the old data from China team, including their Chinese tickets.
Is there anyway we can filter a view so that only the Chinese tickets appear so we can delete or archive?
