is there any requirement for Internet Explorer or client PC?

Hi,

I am evaluating Eventlog Analyzer. I met a strange problem that I could logon from some client PCs but could not logon from other PCs. There is not any error message displayed when I navigate to http://ip-address:8400

Please help! Thank you!
