Is there an easy way to make users techs?
I am setting up techs and when I choose the AD username to be used for techs logon, SD+ tells me "Login with same name already exists. Please provide different value for Login Name"
I am sure there must be a way then to make users techs and have Enable Active Directory Authentication, and Enable "Pass-through" Authentication ticked??
It seems I am doing something terribly wrong? What is it?
Hoping someone can point me in right direction?
