Is there a way to see the query behind the reports in Manage Engine

Dear Community,

I hope you can help me out here. I have an urgent need and I hope you are able to help.

In our organization we have a problem, we have so many reports that are there, and since I assumed the role I want to make sure I clean that up in order not to put load on the system. The number of reports is very high. These reports are on the service requests and incidents created for the various business departments.

I need to see the some information about the report, e,g. the query (filter) behind the report, the name of the report, the scheduled time it is sent, and the recipient email. The way for me to do that is to go over each report manually on Manage Engine, and see the details which will take me a lot of time for over 300+ reports (which include both scheduled and unscheduled).

My ask to the community here is to help me find a way to get the following for the reports I have in the system:
- Name of the Report
- Query / filters behind the report
- Scheduled time it is sent
- Recipient emails
possibly the report sample itself, but I know that's too much to ask :).

So can one of you help me with a query I can do this by, or some other smart way?

Please note: We are using an older version of the Manage Engine Service Desk, 9300 I believe.

Help me. Would highly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Abdullah.
